Last year Sound Ideas Media was asked to produce a short documentary about the touring exhibition Weeping Window, part of 14-18 NOW, commemorating World War I.
Using a combination of timelapse filming, project documentation, interviews and working in close collaboration with Woodhorn Museum, our film shows the great care and skill it took to assemble an artwork comprising many thousands of ceramic poppies.
